The location, lots of places within walking distance. Empire State Building only 5 min. away, therefore you can perfectly enjoy NY at night from above.

Tasteful and healthy breakfasts at the front desk. Nicely updated and beautifully maintained units available with a spacious bathroom, views of construction workers and 2 Queen Beds instead of 1 King Bed. Fab, ideal location near to the shops and sights on 5th Avenue, Bryant park and Times Square and midtown Manhattan in an ideal location.

Breakfast and fantastic central location. Free wine tasting from 17-18 in the evening.

The bed was super comfortable! The room was big enough - we could leave a suitcase on the floor and nevertheless we could pass easily.

The bathroom was too tiny, especially for two women.

Beautiful box spring bed, we received a second blanket on request.

The price at departure was different, than indicated when we booked.

Marvellous location with restaurants and eateries close to the place.

The venue has brand-new rooms and amazingly helpful staff at reception desk.

The stay was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and always courteous. The location was optimal - you can quickly reach the most important sights. The accommodation was very clean and well maintained. The wine tasting was a great idea.

Best spot for a family getaway

The staff here was like nothing I've experienced before. They did everything to, just like family. We were greeted with complimentary drinks , made unwinding even better after a long day. Plus, the room was clean and surprisingly comfortable. Perfect after a fun-filled day.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was totally worth it!

Service at the breakfast buffet was sometimes even more sleepy than the guests! But otherwise very friendly!

Although I already paid for the breakfast in advance, the hotel charged me the breakfast costs again! It's scandalous!

The room was very nice. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast, the food and the minibar treats were very expensive, but of good quality. The staff was very nice. Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant.

Breakfast was very expensive. Some unforeseen costs were added to the room price. The price was finally 25% higher than agreed and booked!

Watch out the price!!!! The hotel is charging you 20 $ per day as a service fee for having a gym and open wifi (I didin't use the gym or the wifi and had to pay the fee... For me this is clearly a way to appear to be cheaper and then charge you an extra 20 $ per day!!!I I felt robbed!!! Please take that into consideration when you do a booking in this hotel!!Also to consider that the room was very noisy. We got a room looking at a wall and with all the a/c machines underneath us, which made quite a lot of noise during the whole night!!!! I wrote a letter to the manager of the hotel and has received not answer... :-(
